The hotel is ideally located for easy beach access and close to dining options. The rooms are nice and clean, though could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist, making for a pleasant stay overall.

I stayed at this hotel for 20 nights in March/April 2011 in a superior room. The rooms have everything you need to prepare, serve, and eat food. They are clean, with the AC working well, hot water at all times, and a powerful shower. The service by the friendly staff near Sam Roi Yot National Park was great. The location was brilliant, close to buses, the Railway station, markets, and restaurants. The dining experience offers usual Thai fare of better quality than other hotels I have been at. Overall, a great value for money option with clean accommodations.

The hotel offers a great view from the 6th-floor rooms with A/C, TV, attached bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony. You can catch a glimpse of the sea between nearby houses. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even staying up until 4 am to check us in. The location is superb, just 2 minutes from the night market and a short walk to the beach and mall. The dining options are budget-friendly and better quality compared to other places. However, some minor cleanliness issues were noted.
